Singapore Service Excellence Medallion
For our efforts in perpetuating and sustaining a culture of service excellence, Brother Singapore was awarded the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion, the most prestigious accolade under the Go the Extra Mile for Service (GEMS Up) national movement.
The following are examples of our efforts to continuously provide world-class service to our customers:
- To reduce service turnaround time, we now offer a 4-hour complimentary express service.
- To establish lasting relationships with customers and move them beyond one-off purchases, we introduced ‘10Q.’ 10Q is a contact system which contacts customers ten days, ten weeks and ten months post-purchase to follow up on their experience and gather feedback.
- To allow our engineers to resolve technical issues without being physically present, we developed the ‘LogMeIn’ system to provide instantaneous remote support to our customers.
